Return & Refund Policy – Wovlix

At Wovlix, we provide digital services including Shopify store development, customization, theme setup, and ecommerce optimization.

Since our services are intangible and custom-built, we do not offer returns on any completed or in-progress work.


❌ No Refund Policy

Once a project has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Business not performing as expected
  • Client dissatisfaction after revision rounds
  • Delay caused by client-side communication
  • Project cancellation after initiation

🔄 Revisions & Adjustments

We believe in client satisfaction. Therefore:

  • We offer reasonable revisions within project scope
  • If the client is not satisfied, we will modify the work until it meets agreed requirements
  • Major scope changes may require additional charges

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Completed design or development work
  • Delivered Shopify stores
  • Theme customization already implemented
  • Digital consultation or strategy sessions

⚠️ Project Start Policy

Once payment is made and work begins (research, setup, design, or development), the project is considered active and non-refundable.
