By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that all work is provided under the terms outlined in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Wovlix provides development, design, and optimization services.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Sales or revenue increase
  • Website traffic growth
  • Conversion rate improvement
  • Search engine ranking positions
  • Advertising performance results

All business outcomes depend on multiple external factors including marketing, product quality, pricing, and customer behavior.

3. Client Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information
  • Product data, images, and content
  • Legal compliance of their products/services
  • Marketing, advertising, and traffic generation

Wovlix is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete client-provided data.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Wovlix, its owners, or team members be liable for:

  • Business loss or profit loss
  • Data loss or platform issues (Shopify, Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Website downtime or third-party errors
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

5. Payment & Service Agreement

  • All payments are final once work has started
  • No refunds will be issued after project initiation
  • Work will proceed only after confirmed payment
  • Additional work beyond agreed scope will be charged separately

6. Revisions Policy

We offer reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.

However:

  • Major changes after approval will be considered new work
  • Additional charges may apply for extra revisions

7. Intellectual Property

  • Once full payment is received, the final delivered Shopify store belongs to the client
  • Wovlix reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed

8. Communication Policy

  • All project communication must remain professional and project-related
  • Abuse, threats, or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without refund

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Wovlix services, you automatically agree to all policies and legal terms mentioned above.
